The Government of the Republicof Uganda received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Competitiveness and Enterprri ofe Development Project (CEDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract forConst ction of the Uganda Business Facilitation Centre (UBFC) at Plot 1, Baskerville Avenue, Kololo,Kampala.
The Project Development Objective (PDO) of CEDP is to improvethe competitiveness of enterprises in Uganda through sup porting reforms in priority productive and service sectors geared towardsa better investment climate with particular focus on MSMEs .
